The La Grange Area Historical Society is seeking summer interns with a variety of qualifications, including technology, research, and marketing. An internship with the La Grange Area Historical Society will give you hands-on experience in various areas of our operations that will help you build your resume. At the same time, our interns play important roles in helping us to fulfill our mission of maintaining a museum and archive as well as creating programs to educate and inform our residents about the history of our community.
Internships are unpaid positions and are available for undergraduate college students. We will expect a commitment of 4-5 hours per week. While the assignment of responsibilities is designed to help meet the needs of our organization, we often can tailor individual projects to your skills, interests and academic requirements.
